From March 12 to 14, the conference which is led by national standard committee is held in Best Western Olympic Stadium Hotel in Beijing, in order to draft four national standards, including Plastics Piping Systems - Thermoplastics Piping Systems for Buried Non-pressure Applications - Test Methods for Leaktightness of Elastomeric Sealing Ring Type Joints and so on. The General Manager of Technology Department of WEIXING NBM, Li Dazhi and the commissioner of standard, Lu Zhiyu attended the conference.

The mission of drafting four national standards are assigned at the conference, including Plastics Piping Systems - Thermoplastics Piping Systems for Buried Non-pressure Applications - Test Methods for Leaktightness of Elastomeric Sealing Ring Type Joints(20172309-T-607),Plastics Piping Systems-Thermoplastics Piping Systems for Drainage and Sewage - Test Method for Airtightness of Joints (20172310-T-607), Plastics Piping Systems-Thermoplastics Piping Systems for Non-pressure Applications-Test Method for Watertightness (20172311-T-607), Plastics Piping and Ducting Systems -Thermoplastics Pipes - Test of Ring Stiffness(20172312-T-607). The involved standards in the conference will follow the changes of ISO international standards, and it is dedicated to improving the testing method of non-pressure corrugated wall pipes, which will promote the development of the industry in a healthy way.
